Easy Vegan Quinoa Pancakes
1 cup quinoa flour
1 tbs LSA 
1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 mashed banana (optional)
Whisk ingredients
Panfry in nonstick nontoxic pan using coconut oil or coldpressed olive oil
Top with @mayversfood Hazelnut and Cacao Spread, nanas and berries 🍴

My little one is going through separation anxiety. So last night consisted of lots of cuddles….and screaming with a side of sleep. So lunch today is as basic as I feel. CoYo coconut yoghurt with my own raw trail mix, a sprinkle of pomegranates and a row of loving @loving_earth I also later downed half an avocado which I was craving no doubt because of the extra breast feeds. When we mums breastfeed we pump out fats which go into the milk for our babies brain development. This needs to be replenished with healthy omega 3, 6 and 9 fat sources like avo, flaxseed and chia seeds, in order to keep our own brains in balance and prevent PND. #vegan #whatveganseat #lovingearth #coyo

Yummiest Kelp and Mango Salad with Miso and Tahini Dressing. 
1 340g pkt kelp noodles
1 small red capsicum sliced julienne
10 snow peas sliced julienne 
5 radishes sliced
1 small mango diced
1 large handful of baby spinach
1 bunch of spring onions sliced
1 handful of coriander torn
10 cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 small purple cabbage shredded
1/4 small green cabbage shredded 
1 carrot sliced julienne
1 handful raw cashews chopped
Dressing:
4 tbs Mayvers Tahini
4 tbs white miso paste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 handful of mint
Juice of 1/2 a lime (keep other half)
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs liquid aminos or tamari, or optional Himalayan sea salt

Rinse kelp noodles and drain. Mix all ingredients together. You may need to use your hands. Blend ingredients for the dressing and massage this through the salad. Dress with extra lime juice.
