Other Mums ask me all the time what it’s like with 4. It’s glorious but it’s insanely crazy busy. I would never have been able to get through the last 9 months without eating well everyday to keep my energy levels up and stay in good health. To get through the demands of looking after a little tribe of humans it’s so important to after your own health first… And I’m addicted to these quinoa porridge bowls. Not totally raw but they are so easy to throw together and they keep me going. This ones tri coloured quinoa doused in @mayversfood almond, cacao and coconut spread with all the toppings I had on hand. #energy #vegan #plantbased

I ❀️ bliss balls. Just used the nutfree blissballs recipe from the blog but added cacao and raw sprouted quinoa to the mix. Soaking reduces phytic acid, which makes it easier to digest and absorb the high levels of nutrients in quinoa - like iron and magnesium. And sprouting increases the levels of vitamins and minerals in whatever grain you choose to sprout #sprouting #health
